May 12th, 2008: Beyond International Limited (ASX: BYI) has acquired 100% of Force Media Entertainment Pty Limited as a result of purchasing the remaining 49% issued share capital from interests associated with Mr Tony Romeo (the Managing Director of the Company).

February 22nd, 2008: Beyond International Limited today announced that for the six months to 31 December 2007, the operating profit before tax (excluding takeover costs) has increased by 17.8% to $4,073,000 compared to $3,458,000 in the previous corresponding period.

13th November, 2007: A Target Document outlining the details of the proposed takeover of Beyond International Ltd by Mariner Financial Ltd is now available for download.

November 1st, 2007: Beyond is pleased to present its Annual Report for the financial year to June 30th 2007.

October 10th, 2007: You may already be aware that in the past few weeks the board of Beyond has received two offers from third parties (Mariner Financial Limited & Navis Media Pty Ltd) to acquire all of the shares in Beyond. At the present time the Beyond board unanimously recommends that Beyond shareholders reject the Mariner offer on its current terms.

September 14th, 2007: Beyond International Limited has fuelled the expansion of its television production arm following the acquisition of Eurocam.
Sydney based Eurocam focuses on the production and distribution of sports programming, producing coverage for Australian and international events including the Red Bull Air Race and X Fighters Motorcross series, the Tour Down Under Road Cycling event, and various other sports such as surfing, beach volleyball, athletics, motorsports, and extreme based genres.

August 27th, 2007: Beyond International Limited (ASX:BYI) is pleased to issue its preliminary results for the financial year ended June 30th, 2007. In the twelve months to 30 June 2007 the Company’s net profit increased by 40% to $4,340,000. The improved profit was primarily the result of the consistent performance of the non-fiction television program production division, the international sales division and the contribution from Force Entertainment, which was acquired in September 2006.

February 23rd, 2007: Beyond International Limited (ASX Code: BYI) one of Australia’s leading television program production and distribution companies, today announced that for the six months to 31 December 2006, the Company’s EBITDA increased by 28.61% to $6,748,000 and earnings per share rose 29.38% to 4.36 cents. Revenue from continuing operations has increased by 13% when compared with the previous corresponding period.

January 11th, 2007: Beyond Films Limited and Bankside Films, a subsidiary of London-based production company Head Gear Films, have concluded an in principle agreement for Bankside Films to take over as sales agent for eight Beyond feature films.

December 1st, 2006: Beyond International Limited (ASX:BYI) continues to experience significant growth in both its television production and television distribution operations.
For the six months to 31 December 2006, management is forecasting an approximate 25% increase in operating earnings before tax in the range of $3,100,000 to $3,300,000, compared to $2,630,000 for the prior corresponding period.
