Beyond Expands Digital Distribution Business

September 12th, 2006: Nomad Entertainment Pty Limited (Nomad), a wholly owned subsidiary of Beyond International Limited (BYI), has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the Force Entertainment assets and business from Roto Electrical Pty Limited (Roto). The consideration is $1,468,000 in cash and shares in Nomad. A further payment of $400,000 is payable in September 2007 subject to achieving performance hurdles.

The transaction is conditional upon the parties entering into a shareholders agreement and asset sale agreement which is expected be completed before the 1st November 2006.

Following completion of the transaction Beyond International Limited will own 51% of Nomad and Roto will hold the balance.
