judge, Manu Feildel’s beautiful homeland, France.
From Paris, Manu heads towards the Rhine, stopping to visit
the esteemed House of Bollinger in the Champagne-Ardenne.
In Alsace-Lorraine, he creates a simple rustic quiche lorraine
before travelling to Strasbourg through the Alsation vineyards.
Here he tastes traditional sauerkraut and paté, culminating in
the formidable ‘Choucroute’, a feast of meat!
