Renters follows property managers from all over New Zealand as they inspect their cache of tenanted properties
- running the full gamut from filthy grottos to grand estates. Whether it's student or posh pads, no tenant is safe from the all-seeing eye of the ever-vigilant property manager. Neighbourly disputes, unpaid rent and horrendous house-warming parties; it's all in a day's work for our tireless team of real estate guardian angels. With their phones never out of reach and in possession of more keys than a jailer, there isn't much that can slow these guys down. That doesn't stop their tenants from trying however, with excuses all heard before: lost mail, wrong dates and ‘tomorrow's cleaning day'. Hide your drugs, make your bed and, for goodness sake, clean your loo. While at first claiming nothing could surprise these property managers, by the end of this series even our most seasoned were forced to admit ‘It turns out, we haven't seen it all before'.
