25th November, 2004: Ms Irene Lee has been a non-executive Director of the Company since it was originally listed on the ASX in 1987. She has made numerous significant contributions to the Company over these years, all of which are greatly appreciated. Ms Lee has decided to retire as a non-executive Director. The board wish to thank her and wish her every success.
Beyond will continue discussions with potential independent non-executive Directors, with the intention of increasing the size of the Board.
