Strong Growth in Television Production Revenue

22nd February, 2005: Beyond International Limited (ASX-BYI) is gaining significant financial and operational advantages from the operations of its US production facilities established in Washington DC. These are expected to increase during 2005 and next year.

The Company is currently contracted to produce approximately $26,000,000 of original non-fiction TV programming to be delivered to US broadcasters during 2005.

Beyond is confident of maintaining strong growth in the large US market primarily supplying US broadcasters that have been Beyond’s clients for many years. The company is also broadening the base of customers it supplies programming to in the US.

In November 2004 Beyond reported it was contracted to produce approx. $21,000,000 of original non-fiction TV programming in the current financial year. This has now increased by 50% to approx. $31,000,000 that will be brought to account this financial year.

Beyond continues to produce original fiction and non-fiction TV programming licensed to broadcasters in Australia. This business is also growing strongly and is expected to increase its contribution this year and next as new productions are commissioned.

The television production business overall is performing to budget in terms of revenue and operating profits for the year to 30th June 2005.
