12th May, 2006: Beyond International Ltd (ASX:BYI) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a 100% share in DVD distributor, Nomad Entertainment Pty Ltd by acquiring the 50% share previously held by Microview Ltd (ASX:MVI).
Beyond International Managing Director, Mikael Borglund said the acquisition would allow Beyond to expand it’s home entertainment business and provide even more direct access to retail customers for Beyond-produced and controlled programming.
