Half Year Results to Dec 2006

February 23rd, 2007: Beyond International Limited (ASX Code: BYI) one of Australia’s leading television program production and distribution companies, today announced that for the six months to 31 December 2006, the Company’s EBITDA increased by 28.61% to $6,748,000 and earnings per share rose 29.38% to 4.36 cents. Revenue from continuing operations has increased by 13% when compared with the previous corresponding period.

Commenting on the results Mikael Borglund, Managing Director, Beyond International Limited said:
“We are delighted with these results, having exceeded our expected growth in EPS and EBITDA, with a particularly strong contribution from the television and copyright division. We continue to see a good performance from internally produced programmes, including Mythbusters and What’s Good for You and our acquisition of Force Entertainment has seen earnings enhancing during the period. We are very pleased to be paying our first interim dividend.”

“The outlook for the rest of the year is very positive, with revised forecasts for the full year for EPS projected to increase by 35% to 40%. We expect a further positive contribution from our Force business, along with returns from newly launched ancillary products such as books and games. This has been a very strong start to the year and I would like to thank all those at Beyond for the contribution they have made to this success.”
