In this touching story of survival and pure determination, we follow one year in the life of Sarah, a young woman living with Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic condition Sarah was born with; a disease inherited from her parents, neither of whom knew they were carriers of the fatal disease. There is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Along with Sarah's theatrical, dynamic and funny personality, the documentary puts a positive spin on living with a fatal illness. With the international race on for new treatment and ultimately a cure, Sarah knows that without her strong determination to remain healthy, her life will be cut short.
