Charming children's drama BAY CITY is set amid Western Australia's magnificent and diverse locations. Luke Carter is 14, handsome with a strong sense of justice. 13 year old Vanessa is a romantic who likes boys, music and being with her best friend Jo.
Vanessa, like sisters everywhere, is impatient with her younger brother, Steve, who knows everything and is never lost for a smart remark. Their parents are writers. And then there's Joanne Zandona, 13, an attractive Italian/Australian who finds herself in trouble because she'll always fight for the underdog.
The children's parents are not always directly involved in their escapades but play an important role in offering advice, guidance and support.
