26th May, 2004 - Beyond Distribution has re-licenced 78 episodes of the multi-award winning travel series PILOT GUIDES to DRTV in Denmark. The series will have a strong place on DR2’s upcoming summer schedule.
PILOT GUIDES is hailed as “the most popular travel programme on the planet” and features the world's most exotic, spectacular, bizarre, entertaining, engrossing and enriching out-of-the-way places. Now in it’s ninth series, PILOT GUIDES travels to 13 unique destinations around the globe in each series, visiting everywhere from the Greek Islands, Germany, Scotland, Korea and Saudi Arabia to Georgia & Armenia, Venezuela & Guyana, Tunisia & Libya, Northern Italy, Tahiti & French Polynesia, California and Australia, to name a few.

TO HELL AND BACK – TANJA’S STORY has been licenced to SBS Netherlands; recent “Best Documentary” award winner MANI’S STORY from the PRIVATE LIVES strand has been picked up by HMG Netherlands for Yorin; Nelonen Finland snapped up IN SURGERY AND AWAKE following outstanding ratings in the US; and TV Danmark Denmark picked up two of Beyond’s MIP documentary launches, SURGERY AT BIRTH and CHILDREN AT THE EDGE.
